Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to setup?

If using our standard questionnaire, you could be up and running in hours! Depending on your level of customisation it will typically take between 4 hours to 2 days to be ready to launch your employee engagement survey.

How do I import our data?

Importing data is extremely straightforward, you are able to download a standard user import template CSV file. Once you have populated this with your organisation data, in a few clicks your data will be imported ready for you to use. Alternatively send us the data and we can do it for you!

Does EngagementLite support Cyrillic languages?

Yes, EngagementLite is designed on the same successful platform as our flagship product 3sixtylite. This supports all European Languages as well as Chinese-Mandarin, Japanese, Arabic and Russian. All you need to do is provide us with the translations for your bespoke questionnaire, or we can arrange for it to be professionally translated for you.

Can I increase or decrease my user license limit?

When you first start a survey, you will define a user license tier. This will impose a limit, in which you cannot go over. If you decide you need to increase it, simply email your account manager who can facilitate this in a few minutes. Your next invoice will reflect the pricing change. The same method applies to decreasing the user tier limit.

How do I get support if I have a question?

Each customer is designated up to 2 account managers, this means you will only ever need to deal with a 2 to 3 persons, rather than a whole call centre. We do not have our own resources for e-learning, do you provide this?

We are continually adding to our extensive database of PDF workbooks and offline digital training materials. We are also able to produce and author bespoke SCORM compliant LMS courses in line with your organisations comptency framework or training needs, contact your account manager for more information.

How do we link our LMS system to EngagmentLite?

As long your LMS system has the ability to produce a URL directed to a specific course you are able to link the LMS course URL to a specific training need within EngagementLite.
